We are available for consultation, examination, diagnosis, prescription, fitting and dispensing of custom orthotic inserts.

Each of our Offices have a slightly different Fee Structure. Some Clinics offer Direct Billing. Each clinic offers varying hours of operatoin. Please note that each office is run independantly.

PRICING FOR CUSTOM ORTHOTIC INSERTS:

* Consultation, Postural & Foot Exam, Fitting Fee - $95 (chiropractic exam receipt)
* Custom Orthotic Inserts (1-Pair) - $450 (orthotics receipt)
or Custom Orthotic Inserts (Kids/Under 12) - $395 (orthotics receipt)
or 2nd Order Orthotic Inserts - $350 (within 6mo of first order)
* Orthotic Modification - $100 (beyond the 3mo Warranty Period)

PRICING FOR Non-Custom or "PRE-FABRICATED" ORTHOPEDIC SHOES AND CUSTOM SANDALS:

Consultation, Examination & Fitting Fee - $95 (exam receipt)
Custom Orthotic Insert - $450 (orthotics receipt)
Pre-Fabricated Footwear - $250 (pre-fabricated shoe receipt)

YOU MIGHT HAVE THESE QUESTIONS ABOUT WARANTY PLANS:

RECOVERING/REFURBISHING - fees ranges from $100. Materials can include Vinyl, Leather, Spenco, Poron or McPuff.

Associated products available include Heel Lifts, Heel Spur Pads, Horseshoe Pads, Metatarsal Pads and others as required. Pricing on these products varies.

Lifetime Warranty - while results vary from patient to patient, Dr. Michael Horowitz stands by these custom orthotic inserts. There is a lifetime warranty on the integrity of the polypropylene material used. If they crack, please return for issuing of a new pair. (Please note new pair may require updated exam which has an $95 fee).

3-Month Modification Warranty: Occasionally modifications are required to ensure the right fit. In the first 3-months, modifications are no extra charge to the patient.

No-Money Back Guarantees: In health care, medical services and products such as custom orthotics, have no-money back guarantees. Results vary from patient to patient.  

EXTENDED HEALTH CARE: Please note most extended health care plans will reimburse the majority of the cost of custom orthotic inserts. However, each plan is unique and it is the patient’s responsibility to contact their extended health provider to verify their coverage and plan requirements for reimbursement. Vancouver Orthotic Clinics cannot bill insurance companies directly for Custom Orthotics. We cannot process coverage for Disability, Social Assistance, Native Status Benefits, WCB (workers compensation), even if you have a referral from your Medical Doctor.
