
Our Office Manager will also be available to answer any questions you may have as well as to provide you with any paperwork, extended health care information and your receipt.
•Your orthotics should fit into your shoes easily, especially if we were able to take a trace of your insole. Please remove your current insole and / or place the custom fit orthotics into your shoes. If they do not fit, we can trim or modify them to fit.
•Please walk up and down the hall. How do they feel under your feet? Anything not feel right? Please let our Office Manager know.
•To break your orthotics in we recommend wearing your orthotics for 2hrs today and adding1hr each day for the next 5-7 days. This is an important step. If you donot break them in, they may cause temporary soreness.
•Enclosed with your orthotics will be a complete copy of your receipt. Please provide this to your extended health insurance provider for reimbursement. Do you require any additional documentation (ex.aMD referral note?) Please look into this and include it if it is required.
•We will email you in 2-months to see how you are feeling.

•Since Dr. Michael wasn’t able to attend your Dispending Visit, if you have any additional question or concerns about your new orthotics, please be in touch with our office.
•We offer an additional pair for $300 within 6-months of your order. If you’dlike to order an additional pair, please mention this In-House Promotion!
